As we have permanent place in the final because we put so much money into the EBU, which runs it, I can't see us pulling out even if we come last. I suppsoe the BBC might choose to show it on BBC3 rather than BBC1 in future.

PS What a nasty little piece than was in the Independent. Casting Andy Abrahams as "entering X factor without success" is utter b*llocks. He came second and is forging a reasonable carreer as a crooner/lounge singer type thing. OK, hardly TOTP but very popular (and lucrative) with the older lady I understand.
